for Purchase and Scheduling of Classes on FLEX GOALS
The FLEX GOALS Website offers the purchase and scheduling of online classes (personal consultations via web conferencing) as well as “class credits,” which entitle the buyer to schedule one or more classes. Class credits are valid for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase.
By purchasing digital products or class credits through our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have obtained the consent of your parent or legal guardian to make such purchases.
By completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which apply to all products purchased via our website. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.
If you are not redirected back to our website after completing your payment, please contact us immediately and provide your transaction details. We will verify your payment and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
All purchases made through our website are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except where required by law.
If you have made a purchase error, or if you are unable to use your class credits within the 6-month validity period due to illness or comparable circumstances, please contact us promptly. We will review your case individually and find a goodwill solution.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your meeting, please do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Cancellations within 48 hours as well as “no-shows” are not eligible for a refund.
To cancel a meeting, use the link provided on the bottom of your Brevo booking confirmation or contact me directly via email.
If you prefer to reschedule, feel free to contact me via Email or DM.

You can cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The period starts on the date of purchase. You must notify us in writing (via email or contact form).
Important: If you request that your online class or consultation begins within the 14-day period, you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal expires once the service has been provided.
No modifications or additions to these Terms shall be binding unless agreed in writing and signed by Anna Isabella Noël Mitzinger, the founder of this website.

Terms & Conditions for In-Person classes & workshops
The FLEX GOALS Website offers the reservation & purchase of in-person events (classes & workshops).
The reservation for in-person events entitles you a guaranteed spot for the given event within the stated reservation period.
If you finalize the purchase after the reservation date, your spot cannot be guaranteed.
The purchase of in-person class “tickets” entitles you to attend the event stated on the invoice / payment receipt.
It is essential that you are in good physical condition and capable of participating in the stated event. If you are currently injured, ill, or have a history of injury or any other relevant health condition, please inform the coach before the event. We strongly advise student who are injured or suffer from any kind of relevant health condition to consult a physician before booking or attending our events. Always consult with your physician or a qualified health professional regarding any health concerns.
