Join me every Sunday in August for 5 live classes designed to help you improve your Needlescale through targeted flexibility training, strength development and step-by-step technique work.
Whether you’re still working toward your first Needlescale or refining your line, this camp provides a structured roadmap for progress.

You may already have a strong backbends & splits – but keeping the standing leg straight, finding balance, or smoothly entering and leaving the position can still feel challenging.

A beautiful Needlescale requires more than flexibility alone. It combines all aspects of flexibility:

  • Hamstring flexibility
  • Hip Mobility
  • Balance and control

This Summer Camp breaks the skill down into manageable steps, helping you develop each component progressively over 5 weeks.

For the full experience, Summer Camp LITE and PRO include access to additional training materials, allowing you to prepare for each class and continue practicing between sessions.

All live classes take place online. After registration, you’ll receive your class access link via email shortly before each session.

Who is this camp for?

This Summer Camp is designed for students working toward a Needlescale or looking to improve their flexibility, strength, and technique.

The classes are best suited for intermediate and advanced students. You don’t need to have a Needlescale already, but you should feel comfortable with basic backbending positions such as Bridges, Camel Pose, or similar exercises, and ideally have your flat (or almost flat) front splits.

If you’re still developing your splits or are completely new to backbending, the classes may feel challenging, but you can still participate and work at your own level. In that case, we especially recommend the first 2 classes, since they cover foundational exercises.

No. The camp covers foundational flexibility and strength as well as advanced technical work.

Yes, they are available for LITE and PRO participants.

Your Membership access automatically expires on August 31 unless you choose to continue your subscription.
