It’s not just about stretching, but a full body strength & flexibility workout and is particularly suitable for you if you already have experience in stretching or in a sport such as Pole, Aerial, Dance Pilates or Yoga.
It combines different exercises from Rhythmic Gymnastics, Contortion, Yoga, Ballet and Pilates.
All levels are welcome!
Depending on your needs, we will adapt the exercises to your individual level.

For 60 minutes we will focus on shoulder mobility, chest opening, upper & locker back stretching & strenghtening, as well as some fundamental backbending skills like bridge, camel pose and more!

Wanna master middle & straddle splits?
For many students, middle splits are challenging. Depending on genetic dispositions or simply your bone structure, it can be more difficult to reach a decent level of flexibility on your own. You might even feel “stuck” regardless how much you stretch or experience discomfort & hip pain.
Dedicating 60 minutes to hip mobility, active hip opening as well as stretching & strengthening hamstrings & inner thighs, you will experience a completely different way of middle splits practice.
