What you'll learn
This class is all about moving beyond your limits, exploring a deeper range of motion in a smooth and playful way!
Flexibility training is very individual. Genetitcs, body proportions, age & experience are all factors than influence your “natural” flexibility.
The goal is to find a way for everyone to unlock their potential at their own pace.
General Flexibility Topics are:
- Flexibility Fundamentals: shoulder mobility, upper & lower backbends, hip mobility, hamstring flexibility & leg opening
- Fundamental Skills: bridges, drop back, front, middle / straddle splits & oversplits
- Advanced Skills: forearmstands, cheststands, standing splits, needlescale etc.
The first half of the class will always be more fundamental, the second half more skill-focused & individual.
For the second half you can set your own focus or go with the flow of the group.
Variation: Exercises will be presented in different variations, so you can choose the one that its your level best.
Isolation & Combination: We’ll be working different body areas separately to give each body part the attention it needs. Once every body area is ready, we’ll be practicing movement sets & combos to prepare for flexy skills.
Partnering: Most exercises will be performed individually, others with the help of a partner. You should be ready to get close to each other.
What to bring
Come as you are! All you need is comfy sports clothing (not too loose e.g. tights & shirt), socks & some water!
Stay warm: for flexibility training it’s always good to choose clothes that protect your body temperature.
The studio is equipped with sufficient Yoga mats & Blocks.

About the coach
My passion for flexibility and artistic movement began over 20 years ago through rhythmic gymnastics. I’ve competed at an international level for more than 17 years and have been teaching and choreographing since the age of 15.
Driven by continuous growth, I’m always exploring more effective and intelligent ways to teach flexibility, gymnastics, acrobatics, and dance. I’ve had the privilege of learning from world-class coaches and athletes—and I’m excited to share that knowledge with you!
The reservation is preliminary and non-binding. To confirm your booking, the participation fee must be paid by February 28.
