It’s not just about stretching, but a full body strength & flexibility workout and is particularly suitable for you if you already have experience in stretching or in a sport such as Pole, Aerial, Dance Pilates or Yoga.
It combines different exercises from Rhythmic Gymnastics, Contortion, Yoga, Ballet and Pilates.
All levels are welcome!
Depending on your needs, we will adapt the exercises to your individual level.
Each class, we focus on a different topic.
