Renovating “classic stretches” like forward fold & low lunge, you’ll learn how to actively open your legs, how to position your hip correctly & reach a deeper level of front splits!

BACKBENDING CLASS

Explore the beauty of backbending!
If you wanna improve your backbends, if you feel tight in your shoulders & back or maybe even experience back pain due to a sedentary lifestyle – you need to try this class!
For 60 minutes we will focus on shoulder mobility, chest opening, upper & locker back stretching & strenghtening, as well as some fundamental backbending skills like bridge, camel pose and more!
This class is suitable for all levels! Whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced student, we will find different variations for your personal level!

FLEX & DANCE CLASS

Graceful, elegant, expressive – Flex & Dance
This course combines dance with targeted flexibility training.
Whether you are a beginner or an advanced dancer, we work on flexibility and dynamic, flowing body movements to music. In the second half of the course, these skills are incorporated into an elegant choreography.
Learn new flexy skills, become expressive & smooth!
This class is suitable for all levels! Whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced student, we will find different variations for your personal level! Experience with flexibility training or in different dance styles can be helpful, but ist not a must!
